REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Enjoy the Sunrise/SunsetFather Thomas Berry says, "... our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." What is your response to Berry's assertion?
Zeke Baker 3/06/2024 5:22 AMFor me this isn't really a religious connection, I deeply appreciate the natural world around me and this is especially the moon and the sun. I have a connection to them because they are a large source of life and they are both beautiful as well.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Zeke Baker 3/06/2024 5:11 AMTaking the time to sit down and realize what makes you happy can relatively show you what motivates you and what is important to you. Once you do this, personally I saw the people around me, my hobbies, and being in touch with nature. All of these things can disappear if the world continues to decline at the rate it is, so fighting for a better world comes to mind. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Zeke Baker 2/27/2024 7:12 AMTying my friends into these activities, trying to convince them to come on a walk with me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity De-Clutter My Home or Dorm RoomHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more unnecessary things in the future?
Zeke Baker 2/02/2024 2:19 PMThere are many things that I can do to prevent myself from accumulating more unnecessary things in the future. Some of which include being mindful of what is a want and what is a need, I am always trying to be mindful of this so that I am not collecting things that I deem unecessary.
