Madi Behrendt 4/10/2024 11:16 PMI have been trying to eat for fruits and veggies, take five minute showers, get more sleep, and reduce my sugar intake. When it comes to trying to eat more fruits and veggies, Whitney doesn’t always have the best options which can make it a little hard. Otherwise I feel a lot healthier than I normally am. Taking five minute showers has actually been going well, I have more time to be doing other things than wasting water for 15 minutes in the shower. When it comes to reducing my sugar intake I feel more energized and less gross. Sugar has always made me feel kind of sick or down after absorbing to much, it’s kinda cool to see the difference in your daily life activities.
