REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Abrielle Benbow102 4/17/2025 10:21 AMConsidering how many hours of sleep I get now, I would definitely want to shift my sleeping patterns. I go to bed late and I think it would be very beneficial if I went to bed maybe 2 hours earlier. I think I should get off my phone around 10 so that it doesn't distract me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Abrielle Benbow102 4/15/2025 11:02 AMThat information does not Suprise me, my brothers and I are very picky so sometimes we won't eat leftovers which leaves all that food going to waist. I would rather spend that money on paying off school or doing fun things. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
