  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Work-Life Balance
How might practicing work-life balance lead to a more sustainable life for yourself? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?

It would lead to a more sustainable life by simply allowing myself to enjoy other things I find relaxing such as going outside. It may contribute to sustainability abroad by helping those who tend to stay at work most of the day to take some time off to rest and recover.
