Christopher Broze 1/20/2024 1:10 PMThis does ring true to me because my morning runs serve as a type of therapy for me. I think that going on walks/runs without technology is a great way of reconnecting with the natural world, which allows us to reflect on ourselves as a whole. To answer the second question, I think that technology allows people to entertain themselves very easily, so it could be hard for those people to step outside of their comfort zone. -

Christopher Broze 1/20/2024 1:07 PMI believe that he is saying that buying organic foods is a great way to avoid health issues. Even though organic food may be a little bit more expensive than processed foods, it will prove to be very effective in the long run. -
