    I think that it is going well for me. It helped make me think more about the little things I can do to help the environment.

    I think at first it was hard to choose other activities because I just wanted to get on my phone but after a while it got easier. I went on a walk instead of being on my phone.

    I think that practicing gratitude can keep you centered and motivated because you don't get too caught up in everything around you and you become more grateful for things.
