cristin casey 11/13/2024 4:36 PMMy ecochallenge is definitely a challenge. I put my challenge as walking for at least 30 minutes a day, and I definitely do that. I have walked everywhere I go. I go on a morning walk, and I try not to use my car and ride with other people to places farther away if I have to. I also have been taking five-minute showers, which has been hard because I just want to spend time in the warm water. I have done five minutes showers for most of the time. I am learning that although it might seem hard to take five-minute showers and walk everywhere, I think the walking allows me to decompress and feel less stressed, and the shower allows me to have better time management and get more done without taking a really long shower.-
