    My challenging task is to take more walks and to walk places instead of using the car all the time. This is challenging to me because I like getting stuff done fast and walking gives me more time to think but also takes a lot longer to do. The walk is also benefitting because I can spend extra time in nature especially with the weather getting warmer.

      Make sure you'll be able to describe how your action was truly a challenge for you, and how it relates to content learned in class. Is this action from the Health category? Or if it's from the food category, you might relate whole fruits and veggies to less packaging and more local food?
