My top 5 core values are accountability, honesty, respect, ,loyalty, and compassion. I chose these top 5 because they align with what my parents have taught me while growing up and also with what I want to do with my future.

Some nights I sleep around 6 hours but I always wake up tired and have trouble getting through the day and being productive. I need to get to sleep earlier to ensure that I am able to get plenty of sleep each night.
