I started looking into easing the process from local farmers to tables, I feel like so many people just don’t know where to find it. I think bringing it to attention people may be more inclined to eat locally.

The one thing that I would like to see is more local engagement with the scientific efforts. I think a lot of what we are seeing is a division between the two when working together would be much more advantageous.

I have also been looking at Kupu hawaii and their efforts towards conservation, it is really interesting and they have many opportunities if anyone is looking for a broader project.
