REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Reduce refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Anna Grace Corbett 10/23/2023 5:14 PMThis one is very hard for me, as I work at starbucks and am allergic to the sugar-free syrups. I feel like I am addicted to sugar, and I feel even more tired when I don’t have sugar in the morning. I think I need a bit longer to figure out how I feel without it!-
Rachael Clarke 10/23/2023 6:41 PMReducing refined sugars doesn't have to mean cutting it out! I feel the same way about letting go of one of my daily joys- a sweet drink (coffee or tea) in the morning. I have been using a bit less of my sugary syrups and choosing fruit instead of candy when I want something sweet
