Madi Curby 10/02/2024 6:24 PMHow can we reduce our sugar when eating at our school's cafeteria is not a healthy option and neither is our Starbucks and we can not afford a lot of going out/meal prep? Is there any alternative?-
Sandra Miller 10/02/2024 8:30 PMBest way? Pack a lunch. I know it can be time consuming, it sometimes just prepping a few lunches at once, is really helpful. Then you just grab and go.

Madi Curby 10/01/2024 11:20 PMHow we we reduce our screen time as college students since technology is needed in class and on our homework?-
Samantha G 10/02/2024 9:25 AMi second that answer! It's what you choose to do outside of your school screen time - reading a book, going for a walk, doing something crafty are all great screen-free things! -
Bethany Annal 10/02/2024 6:32 AMYou can reduce screen time outside of what's necessary. I played a LOT of video games when I was a student (still do). If you already spend most of your free time away from a screen — good for you!

Madi Curby 9/25/2024 3:10 PMThis week has been a little hard to limit confined sugar. I use my zero-sugar sweetener at home, but I have been craving Starbucks and it has been a challenge to not go. -
Madi Curby 9/23/2024 3:09 PMMy challenge is going well. I have been carrying my reusable water bottle everywhere I go, taking shorter showers to save water, and I bought a reusable bag this week and kept it in my car so I do not have to use plastic! -
Madi Curby 9/21/2024 3:58 PMMy challenge is going great! I turned off lights when not in use, use natural lighting when I can, wash my clothes in cold water, and even limit my screen time! #gogreengirls!! :)
