Enjoy a Meatless Meal

Producing 1 kg of beef emits as much greenhouse gas as driving 150 miles, meanwhile, 1 kg of veggies or grains leaves a much lighter footprint! This week, I’ll shrink my climate impact by having 1 meatless meals and/or 1 vegan meals each day.

During my Ecochallenge, I focused on eating meatless meals, choosing organic ingredients, and working on a petition to protect green spaces. At first it was a bit hard to stay consistent, but it got easier over time.
I learned that small changes, like eating less meat or choosing organic foods, can actually help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The petition also showed me how important it is to take action as a community. Overall, this made me more aware of how my daily choices affect the environment.
