    I recently learned they now want to start selling lab grown meats instead of real animal meat, while this is good for our animals, i'm not so sure how "good" it would be for us

    I found another activity that wasn't on a screen much easier than I thought I would, I would color, or even study using my textbook instead of using quizlet

    I find that I am a morning person so going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier give me more a fresh start and better attitude for the day ahead

      That's funny because I am the opposite! I find that I function best when I can sleep later and wake up later, but I have to keep it consistent or else I feel groggy. I'm jealous of you morning people, since society is built more for morning people.

    I found that when eating with someone, with no phones, that its a more deep and meaningful conversation than just checking your phone every 5 minutes

    Canning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. Just make sure to follow the canning and pickling guidelines from the USDA or another trusted source. What are some foods that you would like to preserve and enjoy later in the year?

    I do my skincare every morning and night never missing, because even throughout my days if i don't take care of myself I give myself my morning and night time skin care as my self care.

    This weekend while being home I took my dog for a mile walk around my neighborhood, taking our time and just enjoying the fresh fall air

    it helps me spend more time on myself and also connect with nature. With so many assignments being outside for long periods of time isn't always in my day to day due to having so much work.
