    I have recently participated in a few functions that normally I would purchase new clothing. I used what I had and also gave away clothes to a women's shelter and Good Will.

    i was getting a solid 3-4 hours of sleep., I was exhausted all the time. During this time I have add at least 3+ more And i feel the defference.

    I have noticed a change in energy and a kind of detoxing. Replacing meat w/ vegetarian options has made me feel better. Even with inflammation.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    I usually carry things either out in my hands or use the cart and load my car.

    I have all types of reusable bags in my car. And when I'm riding in a different vehicle I keep bags by the door to take with me.

    I know I'm addicted to sugar. I have withdrawals every time I try to Kick that monkey off my back!

    Today I wrote a note to a very dear friend that recently buried her son. Life is too short. Please exercise kindness every day (to yourself and others). Plant seeds of kindness and watch them sprout!

    It's the little things that keep me grounded, but I also have to cognizant of the larger things to be grateful for and not take for granted. Taking 30 minutes to write down and 3 things or taking the time to write a note to someone I appreciate, but may not have shared it with them feels good. It sets my day and keeps me aligned with goodness and kindnees.

    Many states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?

    Maryland's advisory for eating fish. DO NOT EAT Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel, or Tilefish because they contain high levels of mercury. Eat up to 12 ounces (2 average meals) a week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury.

    I am choosing within the guidelines and I will begin asking for sustainable seafood when purchasing or eating at a restaurant.
