    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I use my Owala instead of a plastic water bottle. My house has well water which tastes better than some bottled waters which will help me make this a permanent change.

    I have had a sore throat and runny nose so I made an appointment at urgent care. I still feel sick but I am glad I did it on my own.

    Exercising everyday makes me feel a lot more fit and motivated. It helps me lock in and get more done. I enjoyed squatting the most because it was enjoyable.

    Eating more fruit gives me more energy and it is not proceessed like meats, making it better for our planet. I ate honeydew and watermelon which was good, but honeydew was my favorite.

    My neighbors are very kind people. They just had a fire in their house, so we are checking up on them.

    Yes I was definetly addicted to sugar. I would crave it and could not help but eat it. I feel more healthy and better about myself now
