Cassidy Derkosh 10/23/2025 11:11 AMI use my Owala instead of a plastic water bottle. My house has well water which tastes better than some bottled waters which will help me make this a permanent change. -

Cassidy Derkosh 10/21/2025 9:31 AMI have had a sore throat and runny nose so I made an appointment at urgent care. I still feel sick but I am glad I did it on my own. -

Cassidy Derkosh 10/21/2025 9:22 AMEating more fruit gives me more energy and it is not proceessed like meats, making it better for our planet. I ate honeydew and watermelon which was good, but honeydew was my favorite. -
