Community
Explore the Community Feed and Connect with Others
I will spend 3 minutes reading the Ecochallenge feed each day and giving high fives or commenting on posts by people who I don't know, but whose content inspires or interests me.
Health
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 60 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Nature
Go For A Daily Walk in Nature
I will take a 10-minute walk outside each day around my campus, neighborhood, or local green space to connect with nature.
Simplicity
Replace Screen Time with Other Activities
I will replace 30 minutes of screen time each day with other activities.
Feedback Survey
Take the Campus Ecochallenge Feedback Survey
Tell us what you thought! Take a short survey about your experience to help us improve future events. It only takes a few minutes — and when you complete the survey, you'll earn points!
Community
Make Sure You are Registered to Vote
I will make sure I'm registered to vote. While I'm at it, I’ll sign up to help others register too!
Simplicity
Buy Used Clothes Instead of New
I will spend 15 minutes learning about the perils of fast fashion and will choose thrift stores, clothing swaps, or second-hand options when I shop for clothes.

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityWho inspired you on the feed, and why? Did you meet anyone new, learn anything exciting, or discover a new perspective?
Alyssa Dougherty 901 11/02/2025 7:58 PMI saw a post of someone who is choosing to be more aware of products they have in their home. They talked about microplastic which I thought was very interesting and something I could be more aware of. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Alyssa Dougherty 901 11/02/2025 7:56 PMWalking helps to see new places in your neighborhood. While driving, you can't really look around. Walking allows me to take in my surroundings and it's less stressful. It's beneficial for both physical and mental health. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow did exercising each day impact your physical or mental well-being? What activity did you enjoy most, and why?
