My campus ecochallenge is going exceptionally well. I have dedicated myself to a few different actions including switching to cold water, car sharing, and skipping the straw. These have been relatively difficult as I prefer warm water when washing clothes and warm water when showering or washing my hands. I prefer driving alone as well, so car-sharing is something I am going to have to get used to. Switching to the straw will be different for me as well as I usually always grab a straw for the convenience of it. Although it will be changes that I have to get used to over time, it makes me happy to do it as I know that I am helping to upkeep the health of the earth.
