    I have done a lot more mindful eating and being intentional about having more conversations at dinner or just sitting in my thoughts and being okay with that.

    Due to class being canceled this morning, I was able to get 100 extra minutes of sleep and I feel so energize.

    Practing gratitude each day is what keeps me centered and not take everything that we have for granted. It can be very easy to take for granted relationships, our health, opportunities, etc. So by writing down three things each day as allowed me to do a lot of reflecting.

    I have found that what works best for me to get optimal sleep is working on homework before bed, exercising or taking my dog on a walk, etc. This gets me more tired and it makes it easier to fall asleep

    My sister is going to school for pharmacy and is very holistic & believes in not using medicine to cure pain. She is also very into using all organic materials to cook. We have been down visiting for a week and we have eaten soooo many all organic foods and they taste amazing !

    While running the race today, they had so many reusable waters and since out of water used one. Plus they use paper cups throughout the entire race. How bad is that for the earth?

    Ran my first half marathon after training for the past 4 months:) my time was 2 hours and 26 minutes.

    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    Currently I am training for a half marathon & I also coach girls basketball, so my days consist of either running multiple miles or playing at practice for 2 hours!

    Run the Half Marathon on Saturday.

    Really good! I feel that doing this helps make you more aware of things you can do to help yourself and the earth.
