It can be very easy to take for granted relationships, our health, opportunities, etc. So by writing down three things each day as allowed me to do a lot of reflecting. -

Kelsey Gemmill (901) 4/09/2024 10:05 AMI have found that what works best for me to get optimal sleep is working on homework before bed, exercising or taking my dog on a walk, etc. This gets me more tired and it makes it easier to fall asleep -

She is also very into using all organic materials to cook. We have been down visiting for a week and we have eaten soooo many all organic foods and they taste amazing ! -

Run the Half Marathon on Saturday. -
