Ashton Gondeck 11/14/2024 7:21 AMMy campus challenge is going well! I am hitting my mark of 60 minutes of exercise a day. I am able to get outside and see the changes in nature while we go into a different season and it gets colder. The things I am doing is lifting and playing football outside everyday. Something I am learning is that each day there is something changing with the environment that was different from the day before.-
