REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Do Nature ActivitiesWhat did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch?
Dakota Halterman 10/29/2024 8:06 AMI worked in the community garden - I saw the sunset, which was beautiful and full of bright oranges and yellows, I felt the cold dirt when I was turning the garden beds, and I smelled the soil and flowers that we left behind.-
Samantha G 10/29/2024 8:57 AMIt's amazing all the little things and colours you notice when you're outside. Nature is awesome!

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Dakota Halterman 10/22/2024 8:52 AMIt can help me feel more optimistic, it makes me take stock of the world around me and count my blessings, especially since it's so easy to feel negative if you're not careful.
