REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyWhat most interested or surprised you about your own energy footprint? What changes did you make or will you make?
Steven Hansen 4/22/2025 5:27 PMI was shocked to see how many outlets had devices plugged into them that weren't in need of charging. This was my dorm room's largest source of wasted energy by far, with the next being a slightly cracked window that was cooling our room down in the wintertime. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow do you practice self care?
Steven Hansen 4/22/2025 4:44 PMI practice self-care by allowing myself to step back from stressful things in my life. Allowing myself to have time with no scheduled work or things to do lets my mind rest and allows me to come back to my tasks in a more productive headspace. -
Steven Hansen 4/22/2025 4:29 PMCongratulations on finishing the challenge and hitting 15k everyone! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Steven Hansen 4/17/2025 6:50 PMI took time away from screens today to go on a walk with my dog in the neighborhood today. Getting outside always improves my mood and makes me feel more productive! -

REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow might spending more time outdoors enhance your brainpower?
Steven Hansen 4/13/2025 10:53 AMThis weekend, I explored a new trail just off of campus. I spent an hour without my phone to disconnect from school. The experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. I hope everyone else gets to have this experience as well!-

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityWhat did you learn about in the documentary you watched? How did it make you feel?
Steven Hansen 4/12/2025 1:34 PMToday, Totton, Aidan and I all watched The Fight, a documentary about social justice following ACLU lawyers fighting for change. This was timely given our project that we are working on is about the organization. -
Steven Hansen 4/12/2025 1:25 PMSpent an hour at the gym playing basketball this morning and brought my reusable water bottle. Great start to the day! -
Steven Hansen 4/08/2025 6:47 PMThis week has been off to a good start. Watching the totals on the left side of the dashboard add up has motivated me to keep logging in! -
Steven Hansen 4/06/2025 12:26 PMExcited to have a productive week. Almost 1/3 of the way to 15k, let's keep it up!
