    It makes me feel like I am being productive and being somewhat fit helps me feel proud of myself. I enjoy playing soccer a lot.

    I would like to start falling asleep earlier and waking up earlier. I started to do that and I feel like I get more done during the day now.

    It benefits me because it allows me to satisfy my sweet tooth while staying healthy. I ate a bunch of fruits this week but my favorite was kiwis.

    I could be sure to unplug appliances before I leave my house, turn off the ac, and turn of all light switches.
