    It is my personal philosophy that caring for our bodies is the first step in caring for the earth and each other. I find that in caring for ourselves many of the good we can do for the planet and our communities overlaps.

    I prioritize plant based meals, whole foods, organic local products and these efforts also help offset waste, harmful chemicals and pesticides and keep our communities healthier.

    My biggest carbon impact is in the travel category. I can start to make moredaily efforts to use public transit, walk or rideshare
