    Being away from home its hard and social media its my main way of communicating but giving myself time for me to be present in the moment allows me to really enjoy my experience here.

    I love the impact that its giving on me personally. I am learning more and more while becoming more conscious about what can I do for my environment. It is gratifying to see that with everyday challenges I get to make a small change on the world.

    I have been lucky enough to be on an exchange situation this semester and I been talking long walks while being here, and I love it! Its just time for myself to really relax and reflect on everything I am thankful for!

    Waking up everyday and having my first thought being to be grateful, has allowed me to express gratitud during my entire day, I feel at peace and relaxed and happy about what I have and thankful for that. It motivates me to motivate other people to feel the same way that I feel.
