      I agree in one of my challenges I had to watch the sunset/ sunrise for a certain amount of time and this really opened my eyes to gratitude. I really like the way you understand that we have to step back from our busy lives and set aside time for what matters and the rock we live on.

    At first, it was hard to find activities to do instead of watching TV or scrolling through TikTok. Now, I go on walks with my friends or read books.
