Prioritize Getting Enough Sleep

Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 7 hours of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.

    I started going to bed earlier and waking up earlier, while still prioitizing getting enough sleep. Over the past few days attempting to get at least 7 hours I have surpassed this every night and feel less fatigued and more energetic during the day.

    I feel my campus ecochallenge is going mostly well. I already do some of the stuff listed so it's just a matter of doing a little bit more.
