    I was addicted to adding a bunch of sugar to my coffees, but since this daily task I have limited my sugar in coffee and it has made me feel less anxious.

    I would like to go to bed earlier so it will be easier for me to wake up in the morning. I can do this by shutting off my phon earlier.

    I had more time when I took shorter showers but I don't think I will continue to do it long-term.
