I am doing the ecochallenge of taking shorter showers, at first it was a struggle for me because at this time of year when its cold out nothing feels better than a warm long shower. But now after moving into shorter showers I have learned that it makes me feel so much more productive, and after you take a quick shower you feel super good and your body and mind feel great!
