    My mom's dryer broke and instead of getting a new one, I helped her replace the belt which she got off amazon for $10!

    I explored the website - seafoodwatch.org - and learned alot of seafood especially the standards that are in the place in the seafood industry.

    I walk to my practicum hours in the evening instead of driving and honestly it takes the same amount of time since I have to park far away.

    I had pizza and a cheese quesadilla and I didn't even miss the meat.

    I was working an event so it made it easier not to use my phone and I really didn't notice that I wasn't using social media.

    I just didn't stand there as long doing nothing. I showered and got out so didn't notice much of a difference.

    I had carrots and apples today, as well as a salad for lunch. Felt good not to eat all junk food.
