Ava Johnsen 4/22/2025 1:45 PMI agree with this statement because agriculture is a large part of America that we need to keep strong. Also, the more whole foods we consume in our daily lives, the fewer health issues and problems we will face in the future. -

Ava Johnsen 4/22/2025 1:44 PMWhen I first started this challenge, I noticed that I was addicted to always having my phone in my hands. To change this habit, I started to spend more time with people instead of scrolling through social media all day. By being more social and spending time with my friends, I was able to lower my screen time as well as be efficient with my time. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Ava Johnsen 4/22/2025 1:40 PMSome barriers include the fact that bottled water is more accessible to get out in public. Something I have been doing recently to combat the convenience is carrying a water bottle with me at all times to help hydration as well as the environment. -
