Emma Kappel 11/11/2024 1:22 PMSo far the ecochallenge is going well. I think about my actions daily and think about if I completed them or can complete them later in the day. I have been trying to be outside more than just walking to class lately which makes me feel more energized in my day. Sometimes I don't meet m action of 45 minutes in nature due to the weather, but I try my best. I have only gone to the store once since the challenge has begun, but I did some meal planning so I don't waste as much food and I brought my reusable bag along too.
