Recently I've been sleeping for more hours, however this sleep includes me waking up at various points in the night. I noticed that this has left me feeling more tired despite sleeping longer, I feel more mentally exhausted and like my brain is foggy. I want to shift my sleep patterns to be more deep without interruptions but I don't know exactly how to do so. Cutting back on naps has helped slightly because it leaves me more tired at the end of the day, but this is also hard because I'm more tired in general.
