Today i not only refilled my metal water bottle twice during the day, but also found a gallon of orange juice container which I filled and will be using for the foreseeable future.

Today a ton of my friends and I went to Pettibone Beach, and we spent three hours here just playing football, taking in the views, building sand castles, and tanning. My friend Dylan and I found quite a few aluminum cans on the beach and we took them to the recycling at the front of the beach.

Today I went on a walk with my buddy Pearson. We walked through the marsh and collected about 24 peices of trash whilst doing so. He showed me his tribal land and made me appreciate what I have.

I took my bike out for a ride to the Walmart in Onalaska and then took the back roads all the way back to Lacrosse, then I went up to the bluffs and just sat up there and took in all the nature picking up three pieces of trash along the way.

What did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch?

Today I took a ride on my bike up to the top of Grandad Bluff and I sat up there and observed all of the life coming back to the greens around me and the beautiful landscape there is all around us visible from the top of this bluff. Doing this helped clear my head of the week and relaxed me from the heat of the week.
