It is mainly produced through natural gas and nuclear methods. Both of these heavily impact the environment, animals, and humans by producing natural gases, nuclear waste, wasting water, and taking up a considerable amount of land. All of these factors either take away from animals and humans or contribute to destroying the environment.

    Energy
Your utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage? If you live on campus or in shared housing, you may not receive a utility bill—so what are some other ways you can reduce energy use in your living space?

Our bill is rather high due to having an electric water heater. I have cut down my shower times in order to reduce this waste of energy.

Exercising gives me a time during my day to escape from all my worries and just focus on one thing. It is a much needed activity to lower stress along with other things. I enjoy lifting weights because it is fun to try your hardest to achieve a goal.

Make sure lights that are not needed are turned off. You could also reduce your environmental footprint by biking instead of using your car.
