  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

Sustaining an animal until it has enough meat is often a big investment of food and energy, leading to high prices that people on or near the poverty line can´t afford.
Providing the necessary energy and the supply for the animals will burden the environment with cultivated fields of crops for food and some sort of energy production, often going hand in hand with high CO2 emissions.
