Sarah Kline 11/07/2024 11:24 AMI decided to eat a meatless meal every day because I remember in class how much emissions go into putting meat on my plate. Through these few days, I found it challenging to find alternatives for meat because of how engrained meat is in American culture. It is common to have the main part of a meal be meat. Though it is tough, because I have a meal plan on campus it makes it easier to see what other options are available because there are always the vegan options and the salad bar.-
