    Guitar
    Have metaphysical conversations
    Have philosophical conversations
Video games every now and then
    Working out
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

I walk every day, anywhere from 40-60 minutes on average just back and forth between each class and my dorm. Plus if I go somewhere other than that.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
How is creativity a necessary ingredient for practicing simplicity?

This question is subjective. Creativity can be simple or complex with varying degrees. Either way, it’s tends to bring out the best in people.

Technically in my home. But there isn’t a whole lot I can do left. I can reduce it though by using less plastic and eating better stuff
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Whenever I receive something from someone, I always express gratitude. I’ve done this my entire life and will continue to do until I die because that’s what a good person does. (I thanked the lady that made my food)
