    This has helped me with wanting to eat more fresh produce than overly processed foods and in the process stay away from single-use plastics

    I've been having so much fun participating in this ecochallenge! :) I can see myself continually improving my sleep and increasing my fruit/veggie intake. Sometimes we all need a little push to try harder for these seemingly simple things.
