    It can be helpful to the health of the environment because there will be more kindness in all aspects if we begin to focus on our own happiness my meditation.

    This is my first day of the challenge, and I would say that while I do occasionally eat sugar, I am not addicted to it.

    I think that this statement isn't true. I think that you can buy anything organic that you eat everyday and live a healthier lifestyle.

    I agree with this. If you are eating less processed food, you are going to spend less time at the doctors for treatment due to poor health.
