Josie Lucksted 11/12/2024 6:59 PMFor my challenge, I chose to take a 30 minute walk outside in nature everyday. So far it is going really well, I enjoy being able to get outdoors and be active. It is very relaxing for me and has become one of my favorite parts of the day. The only challenge is that it has been a bit cold some days, so I just need to bundle up on those days.-
