REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Riley McElroy (Slaysman) 11/09/2025 2:50 PMThe biggest barrier to using a reusable water bottle is just the slight inconvenience of filling it up compared to grabbing a disposable water bottle if you're in a hurry. This challenge has really helped my habits of re-filling my water bottle and being aware of how much plastic I am saving. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterWhat did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes—if any—do you think you’ll continue long-term?
Riley McElroy (Slaysman) 11/05/2025 1:24 PMI've always tried to take relatively short showers, but this challenge has made me limit my amount of time in the shower even more, and use water more efficiently. It overall doesn't have much impact on my routine so I plan to continue doing this in the long term. -
Riley McElroy (Slaysman) 11/05/2025 1:21 PMI am on my computer and my laptop fairly often, this challenge has helped me build habits of powering them down.
