    I turned off the notifications on my email for the weekend to disconnect.

What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage? If you live on campus or in shared housing, you may not receive a utility bill—so what are some other ways you can reduce energy use in your living space?

    I always turn the lights off when I am not in the room. I also unplug devices I am not using

    I think being around people and knowing the people you are surrounded by is important for a person's being.

    I use a walk as a break to get away from all the stressors. This is my time to enjoy nature and have some peace.
