    Food Choose Organic Ingredients
    Many people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?

    I would have to agree because not everyone can sustain with just 'organic food'. To add on, not everyone can afford food that is labeled as 'organic' and some communities don't have access to markets that provide organic food options.

    This challenge has helped me be a little more organized and being able to track my progress is fun. This makes keeping track of these things enjoyable.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I use a reusable water bottle for work and it has helped me to carry one each day

    I don't normally enjoy doing this, but I atleast try it 3-4 times a week each time I decide to wash my teeth throughout the day
