    I usually get around 5-6 hours of sleep, but I’d like to be closer to a consistent 6-7. I’ve been trying to wind down earlier, put my phone away sooner, and stick to a more regular bedtime.
    I haven’t seen major changes yet, but it’s helping me build better habits - hoping that will pay off over time!
