Understand My Water Footprint

Each of us has a water footprint, directly linked to our daily activities as well as the water required in the production of things we use each day. Understanding our water use is important for a healthy planet. I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste, then share what I learned on the feed.

I've gotten used to not eating as much candy/sugary stuff as it just doesn't hit the same, I guess? I feel less sluggish now that I don't eat as much sugar/candy in general. The most challenging was not trying to buy candy, as when I tasted it once, I would always want more, but now I just don't eat a bite, as if I did, I would want some then.

It felt good going outside for a walk with friends, even if it has gotten cold, it's better going outside and taking in the views than being stuck inside looping around for exercise and such.
