    Carrying my journal helped and I remembered to do it! It was honestly very fun to keep a nature journal regarding the moment and the things I am thankful for.

    Btw...I keep forgetting to do my nature journal. I will update, but.... I will carry it in my backpack from now on. We will do our best to remember.

    Another week of the ecoChallenge! It was a bit more challenging as there were limited options in the caf and it was really busy but it is crazy how much you can do if you really try to fit even just a bit of exercise and time outdoors. This has been good and has helped me slow down a bit more.

    I have been able to shower really quickly and it has been a nice challenge, especially when I have to wash my hair as it is on the longer side.

    Today I participated in the Loma 5K, it was fun to excersie and spend time outdoors. I definetley recommend.

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I like to carry around my reusable water bottle and also use it in the cafeteria to avoid the washing of an unnecessary cup
