    Same water thermostat bottle I have been having for a year. Always have it with me; avoid throwing water bottles. And fill it up 4-5 times a day.

    Worked on Logic pro for most time of the day, but turned off to have time of myself, and family.

    I ate some african vegetables called lenga-lenga, , and nyanya ntole. Also eat watermelon and some mangoes.
