    I was in Eau Claire with my friends because one of them was running the half marathon, we went on a walk around campus and it was cool to see another campus because i've never been to Eau Claire, I connected with my friends alot and it was good because i hadnt seen them in a while.

    I feel good walking outside on a nice day, especially if my friends are with me. And afterwards i feel more focused and can do schoolwork easier.

    I focused on learning about the air quality, alot of contruction and industrial activity, which can become worse as it starts heating up or wildfire smoke. this can impact health because poor air quality can trigger asthma, affects that can lead to heart disease and can cause long term damage.

    I didnt know that doing a call vs a facetime call, can reduce your digital carbon footprint, that surpised me.

    loyalty, honesty and compassion, I chose these because i feel loyalty goes together with how am there for friends and family, honestly goes both ways so i think its important, and compassion because i try and see things from other people sides also.
