I will join a local or campus-based outdoor restoration project to help care for natural spaces and get involved in hands-on environmental work.

Regular health check-ups help prevent problems before they start. I will schedule or attend a medical, dental, or mental health check-up to take care of my well-being. I will develop a plan with my medical professionals to achieve my best health and live my life to the fullest.

I will explore at least one new hiking trail or nature walk in my area.

I will research tool libraries and other sharing economy organizations in my area and rent or borrow instead of buy next time I need something they offer.

I will make sure I'm registered to vote. While I'm at it, I’ll sign up to help others register too!
